Location: Charni Road, Mumbai- Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs, objectives, and feedback to provide appropriate solutions.- Ensure timely communication and updates to clients on project progress.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of advertising campaigns.- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy, production) to ensure seamless project flow.
Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines. Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to clients and senior management. Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and develop effective advertising strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and consumer behavior.- Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and campaign strategies. Quality Assurance:
Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and agency standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on creative work, ensuring alignment with client briefs.
Gather and incorporate client feedback to enhance project outcomes.
Strong understanding of advertising principles and marketing strategies.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising agency.
