As a Client Servicing Executive with a focus on soft sales, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture existing client relationships while also identifying opportunities for growth through strategic soft sales techniques. This role requires a proactive and customer-centric approach, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and solutions tailored to their needs.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, anticipating their needs, and providing timely and relevant solutions.
Utilize a consultative approach to identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling our products/services, employing sales techniques to gently guide clients towards beneficial solutions.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and alignment in delivering exceptional service to clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients, positioning our company as a trusted advisor.
Take ownership of assigned sales targets and actively contribute to the achievement of company revenue goals.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client servicing role within an Agency or SAAS company, with a proven track record of success in soft sales.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with people at all levels.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and resolving issues.
