Working Days - 5.5 ( 2nd & 4th Sat off )
Working Timing - 10:30 to 7 pm
Salary - 30k to 40k CTC
Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing Manager to oversee the client service operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of client service representatives, ensuring that they provide high-quality service to our clients. The Client Servicing Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying areas for improvement in our client service operations, and working with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.

# Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement programs to improve satisfaction where necessary,
# Prepare and deliver regular reports on client service operations to senior management.
