At Lit Things Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Client Servicing Executive with added responsibilities as an Executive Assistant to the Director. This dual role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage client relationships and support the Director in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Timely deliver other projects as assigned by the Director to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing or account management.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Note: This is a full-time on-site job in Ahmedabad.
