ABOUT JOB ROLE:

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Client Servicing Executive for our organization. The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic in communicating with clients and customers and will have a plethora of ideas for developing effective tactics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong desire to learn.

Creative approach towards problem-solving.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Staying updated with recent trends happening in the startup industry.

• Good MS Excel knowledge and ability to handle stress well.

Must have knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Should be pleasant and empathetic while they're Managing Enterprise clients.

Resolve client complaints via phone, email, whatsapp.

• Possess great listening skills and patience

Possess excellent telephone etiquette.

• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Follow up with client and their complaints; ensuring that customer's requests are attended Accordingly and keep records of client interactions

• Collect prompt and accurate feedback from client and take ownership of client issues.

Retaining existing clients, delighting them and making them company's brand ambassadors.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up proactively.
