We are looking to hire a proactive Client Servicing Executive to join our content marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, with a focus on social media and the integration of digital strategies.The role will involve maintaining long-term client relationships, organizing and managing meetings, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. It will also include understanding client needs, presenting creative work, and coordinating with internal departments. Additionally, the role will require market research, monitoring competition, and creating client guidebooks. Monthly meetings will be held to present reports and coordinate calendars, with a focus on identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
