We are looking for a
Client Servicing Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in client servicing and social media management for
Genesis Advertising Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata.
- Building relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
Understanding the needs and desires of clients
- Creating a positive experience for all new clients.
Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.- Maintaining records of all existing and potential clients.
Responding to client inquiries in a timely & professional manner.
Min 1 year experience as a client servicing executive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
The ability to work under pressure.- Excellent organizational and time management skill.
Good communication skills.
