Our company is seeking to hire Client Servicing Executive and will be primarily responsible to answer customer queries/inquiry and assist in placing orders of B2B customers
- Key Responsibilities - Attend incoming calls and Emails, Order status : Pre and post shipping - Be a point of contact to place orders on online portal as per the client assigned as well ensure orders go out on time - For customer product inquires, sharing product options with the customer, coordinating with sourcing team on product availability. - Offline quote request from Estimate team - Processing custom offline jobs. - Following marketing activities like collecting User Feedback, creating and dispatching user certificates etc - Placing order on behalf of customer - Artwork approval from the customer - Ensuring excellent customer service on the desk.
- Skill sets:- Decent Computer knowledge & Email - Excellent Verbal and written communication skills - Good in excel with basic or advance knowledge - Is tech savvy and an e-commerce user at personal level - Very good at time Management - Very good persuasive and negotiation skills - Is empathetic - Is meticulous.
- Diploma / Graduate in any field
- Min 2+ years of work experience in Customer Servicing
- Knowledge in Print Sales is an advantage
