Responsibilities -
- Coordinate and manage all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for clients.
- Brief the creative team on client requirements and ensure the work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and potential clients.
- Manage the workflow and devise solutions to ensure tasks are completed by deadlines.
- Proactively suggest new ideas to clients.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on a monthly basis.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in client servicing or Account Management
- Knowledge of digital tools and technology
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Able to captivate clients
- Proven track record of successful account management and client retention
