Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their brand objectives, and collaborating to develop effective communication strategies.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, design, and content teams, to develop and deliver high-quality branding and communication solutions.
- Provide proactive support to clients by understanding their needs, anticipating challenges, and offering strategic recommendations to drive brand success.
- Gather client feedback and conduct periodic reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for client retention.
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to client requirements.
- Manage project budgets and financials, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to provide clients with relevant recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferable.
- Experience in client servicing, account management or a similar role within a branding or communication agency is preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- A passion for branding, communication, and creative problem-solving.
- Familiarity with branding and communication concepts, strategies, and processes.
- Proficiency in using project management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other relevant tools to manage client interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable plans.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
