Key Responsibilities:
- Client Servicing: Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their talent requirements.
- Talent Curation: Suggest talent options that align with client briefs, ensuring a perfect fit for their needs.
- Deal Negotiation: Enquire, negotiate, and close deals with artists, celebrities, speakers, and influencers, securing the best terms for clients and talent.
- Booking Execution: Oversee the booking process, ensuring professional and seamless execution.
- Onsite Coordination: Travel as needed for events and shoots, providing on-ground support and coordination with artists.
- Presentation Development: Create compelling presentations showcasing artists/talent.
- Talent Research: Conduct ongoing research to identify and assess high-potential talent, acts, and influencers both from India and globally.
- New Client Acquisition: Present the company's credentials and services to prospective clients, contributing to business growth.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in talent management, event management, or a related field. However, we are also open to considering freshers who are eager to learn and grow in this industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage client and talent relationships effectively.
- Ability to think creatively when suggesting talent options and developing presentations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as required for events and shoots.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field is preferred.
