Key Services: Branding, UI Design, and Packaging Design

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing concerns.

Manage cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure smooth collaboration and achievement

of project objectives.

Convey comprehensive information and directives to both internal and external teams through on-point briefings and communications.

Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining goals, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones

with the creative team and design leads.

Identify potential risks to project success, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues as they arise.

Oversee project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

Track project timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and other relevant records.

Monitor project deliverables to ensure they comply with project requirements and scope.

Facilitate client meetings as needed for briefings, updates, and feedback sessions.

Collaborate with the finance department for billing and invoicing processes, and liaison with vendors engaged in various ongoing projects.

Conduct proof checks and quality checks for all outgoing work to ensure successful delivery.

Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to gather insights, identify areas for improvement, and apply lessons learned to future projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Advertising, Digital or a related field.

3+ years experience in Clinient Servicing for advertising, digital or branding studio showcasing successful completion of projects.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Excellent command of the English language, including grammar and writing conventions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Conflict management skills
