Position Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive at Adwants. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling presentations, providing excellent customer service, and managing client accounts. You will also collaborate closely with the Content, Digital and Creative teams to create engaging and on-brand visuals for various reputed brands.

Job Description:

  • Full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing at Adwants in Chennai.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and digital, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and effectively communicate these to the team.
  • Work with the team to conceptualize campaigns that align with the client's brief.
  • Present campaign ideas and budgets to clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media) to deliver effective mainline advertising campaigns.
  • Integrate digital elements into traditional campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with insights and recommendations.
  • Present creative work to clients for approval or modification.
  • Manage budgets and campaign costs.
  • Prepare and present campaign reports, analyzing data and providing insights to clients.
  • Assist in creating pitches alongside the creative team.
  • Collaborate within the team on specific accounts.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform design decisions and maintain relevance in the market.
  • A professional approach to time and quality of work and work within deadlines
  • Proactive mindset, professional team player and handle job responsibilities independently

Experience & Skills:

  • Any Bachelor / Master degree
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in client servicing within a creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of mainline advertising and its integration with digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Attention to detail skill

Available to start in 30 days (Immediate joiners preferred)
