Position: Account Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an
Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing digital media campaigns for
our clients. Your expertise in digital marketing and exceptional client service will be instrumental in
driving success and exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and
exceptional client service.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing strategic
guidance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop effective digital
media strategies.
- Create and present proposals to clients, outlining campaign strategies, objectives, and key
performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of digital media
campaigns, including media planning, buying, creative development, and campaign
optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular insights and
recommendations to clients.
- Continuously keep a close eye on the ongoing campaigns to improve key metrics and achieve
client goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital media technologies to provide
innovative solutions to clients.
- Conduct regular meetings and reports to review campaign performance and discuss new
opportunities.
- Collaborate with media partners and vendors to negotiate media placements and ensure
accurate implementation.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution in a timely and
effective manner.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure accurate billing and financial processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital media account management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including display advertising, paid
search, social media, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and tools,such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads
Manager, DSPs, and ad serving platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate
complex digital strategies to clients.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data to drive performance
improvements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with
clients and colleagues.
