Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Representative at The Event Workshop in Hauz Khas. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The role may also involve handling financial transactions and assisting with event planning and coordination.

• Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Experience in handling financial transactions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
