The Role

Reporting to the Client Services Director this role is responsible for managing local client relationships and delivery of services to those clients. Within the role you will have full responsibility for any Instant services (as well as hard FM and soft services) delivered to your local clients.

You will require a full understanding of your clients requirements to ensure that solutions are delivered to time, budget & to client satisfaction. You will also be expected to recognise opportunities for selling additional services to clients.

You will integrate seamlessly with the client contacts while still adhering to Instant's values and keeping an eye on the commercial aspects of the contract.

What will you be doing

  • Deliver Facilities Management services with exceptional customer service, prioritising top-tier health and safety practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts to ensure proactive, professional client management.
  • Collaborate with team members to successfully implement and sustain Facilities Management contracts and support contract renewals.
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional services and facilitate their integration.
  • Support the Client Account Team in developing tailored account plans.
  • Take responsibility for resolving client escalations related to office issues within your area.
  • Work with global, regional, and local teams on client tenders and pitches.
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting, reporting, and invoicing using designated software.
  • Collaborate with the global Supply Chain team on supplier procurement, mobilisation, and management.
  • Oversee on-site delivery of both hard and soft services, including outsourced service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies from both clients and Instant.
  • Manage operational budgets effectively.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with building landlords as needed.
  • Oversee procurement of small items, services, and manage moves and workspace adjustments.

Who are we looking for

  • Extensive experience delivering hard and soft Facilities Management solutions, with a strong background in outsourced service delivery.
  • Proven skills in client relationship management, account development, and managing service providers with a focus on SLAs/KPIs.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, P&L management, and a solid understanding of outsourcing processes, particularly in FM services.
  • Key competencies include excellent communication, organisational skills, adaptability, initiative, and a strong grasp of workplace health and safety.
