Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Manager at Macromedia Digital Imaging Pvt Ltd located in Hyderabad & Bengaluru. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs and objectives, coordinating project timelines and deliverables, resolving any client issues or concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Client Service Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Experience in the digital marketing or advertising industry
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous engagement with client to ensure all requirements, design brief, branding areas, etc. are understood Develop.
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value by encouraging customers to upgrade their solution's provided by organization.
- Develop and manage Key client portfolios & Improve onboarding processes & handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Work closely with design team and production team and work on Design solutions, Material specifications, Scope of work, etc.
- Organized for meetings with Designer/ISM/PSM/Production house to understand and update latest project status & timelines are reminded to team.
- Ensure timely Sales/Project/Design/Production trackers are maintained by respective Coordinators/Designers and it's reviewed on regular basis.
- Get Quote/BOQ tracker prepared by coordinating with internal and external team & Track the status of the quote till PO received from customer
- Get Mockup/sample done for every project for signoff and take approvals for the ongoing project approved designs.
