Job Description

Job Summary:

Yazh Creations is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Client Services Manager Intern. This unpaid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and a strong desire to develop their skills in client services and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Relationship Management:

  • Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with key clients.
  • Support the Client Services Manager in understanding client needs and objectives.
  • Participate in client meetings and communications to ensure client satisfaction.

2.Account Support:

  • Help in coordinating and executing client projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues that arise.

3.Client Communication:

  • Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Provide clients with updates on project status and deliverables.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.

4.Reporting and Analysis:

  • Assist in preparing reports on client account performance and project outcomes.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

5.Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Update client information in the CRM system and other databases.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to client accounts and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in client services, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills:
