Job Summary:
Yazh Creations is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Client Services Manager Intern. This unpaid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Relationship Management:

2.Account Support:
- Help in coordinating and executing client projects and initiatives.

- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
3.Client Communication:
- Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide clients with updates on project status and deliverables.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
4.Reporting and Analysis:
- Assist in preparing reports on client account performance and project outcomes.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development of strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
5.Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Update client information in the CRM system and other databases.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to client accounts and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client services, account management, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
