Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Ahmedabad.
• Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Manage client expectations and handle any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Based in Ahmedabad.
