Role Description
Conducting a thorough analysis of potential clients by conducting market research, identifying target industries, and evaluating their needs and requirements to tailor the company's offerings.
Tele-calling - Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communication, to register them for conference, address any concerns, and provide support as needed.
Liaising with clients onsite during events to ensure that their concerns and needs are promptly addressed, providing personalized assistance and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a strong knowledge of the company's products or services to assist clients effectively.
Managing, maintaining, and developing strong relationships with key clients to deliver increased revenue by proactively engaging with clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing solutions that align with their goals.
Performing ad hoc duties as required, such as preparing reports, conducting presentations, and participating in team meetings, to support the overall goals and objectives of the client management department.
Travel around the country (25%) - Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company, build relationships with existing clients, and identify new business prospects.
