- Keep clients informed about new candidates, industry trends, and staffing solutions.
- **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and staffing metrics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, staffing performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
### Qualifications
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent work experience in client service or account management will be considered.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service role, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering excellent service.
- **Skills:**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate staffing solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
