Job Description

Location:: Bangalore

Language:: Kannada and English are a must.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Client Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising or digital marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be fluent in Kannada. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage client relationships, understand their needs, and work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our Government & semi-government clientele.
  • Understand client goals and objectives, providing strategic guidance and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop and present proposals, campaign strategies, and creative solutions to clients.
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of advertising and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide clients with insightful reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in pitches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 6 months or 1+ year Experience in an advertising agency or digital marketing agency.
  • Is extremely proficient & well conversant in Kannada, English & Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using marketing and advertising tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
