Client Services Associate

Location: Mohali, PB

Shift: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:
Build our business and relationships with clients
Build relationships, with the goal to be the vendor of choice
Grow existing accounts
Become involved in industry associations
Meet sales metrics
Esure client retention
Dive aggressive growth and profitability in a sustainable manner
Knowledge of Internet- based technologies, including HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX, etc.
Knowledge of database management and related languages such as SQL.
Outstanding account management, follow- through and problem solving skills
Resourcefulness, attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to keep pace with rapid changes in enterprise product
Proven ability to adapt your presentations to the technical level of the audience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Business, Marketing, Human Resources or IT preferred)
Oganizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast paced environment
Highly effective communication skills - oral, written and group
Proficiency with the Microsoft suite
