Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Servicing Specialist/ Project Coordinator Digital Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client relationships, overseeing digital marketing projects, and driving successful outcomes. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Develop and present project proposals, briefs, and timelines to clients.
oBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, content, and technical departments, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions promptly.
- Digital Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to meet client goals.
- Analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure clients receive cutting-edge solutions.
Campaign Oversight:
oManage the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including Website Development, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
oMonitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients.
oIdentify opportunities for campaign optimization and growth.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide clear and concise communication to team members regarding project requirements and client expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Mass communication, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, digital project management, or account management within a marketing agency.
- Work experience with a brand, digital, social, advertising, creative, or media agency.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing projects and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Web Development, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
