Job Description

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
  • Build relationships with clients based on trust and respect
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that clients needs are fulfilled effectively
  • Identify and assess clients needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels
Manage client accounts and coordinate with sales teams to ensure contract renewal
  • Perform client onboarding and organize regular review meetings
Address clients complaints and ensure their resolution in a timely manner
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to drive improvements in products and services
Ensure the timely delivery of products or services to the clients
  • Keep accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system
Upsell or cross-sell products and services and achieve business objectives
