- Identify and assess clients needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels
Manage client accounts and coordinate with sales teams to ensure contract renewal- Perform client onboarding and organize regular review meetings
Address clients complaints and ensure their resolution in a timely manner
- Collect and analyze client feedback to drive improvements in products and services
Ensure the timely delivery of products or services to the clients- Keep accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system
Upsell or cross-sell products and services and achieve business objectives
