Roles & Responsibilities
Account manager responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the clients
Trying to get more work from the existing clients.
To build rapport with the client to get special projects and to get more categories.
Single point of contact for assigned customers.
Understanding the critical challenges from Customers and Delivery Team and ensure consistent service
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
Desired Skills And Experience
Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
Excellent written and oral (phone) communication skills a MUST.
Well versed with full recruitment life cycle.
Exposure in working with Direct Client requirements and VMS Based clients.
Experience with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Should be good with technologies or a thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.
Good interpersonal and team coordination skills
Go getter attitude, ability to think out of the box.
Must be a Quick thinker. Also, should be proactive & self-driven.
