Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a passionate Client Service Executive to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving our sales activities and enhancing client engagement. If you have a knack for inbound and outbound sales and thrive on providing stellar phone consultations and live product demos, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive inbound and outbound sales activities, including responding to client inquiries and generating new business leads.
- Conduct phone consultations to understand client needs and present City Legal's solutions.
- Provide compelling live product demos to potential clients, showcasing our legal expertise.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand messaging and campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Maintain a detailed record of interactions with clients and prospects in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution.
- Provide regular reports on sales metrics and suggest improvements to enhance performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Telesales Experience
- Proven experience in sales roles, preferably within the professional services sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building relationships.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging product demos.
- Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills.

Shift: Monday to Friday. 8 AM to 5 PM (British Standard Time).
