Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Client Relationship Officer [CRO] with 1-2 years of experience in outbound client/customer handling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada, and a basic understanding of social media marketing and influencers. This role involves managing client relationships, generating new clients through cold calls and emails, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Position Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities:

ؠManage and nurture relationships with existing clients.

ؠConduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients.

ؠGenerate more clients through cold calls and emails.

ؠReceive inbound calls from customers/clients to understanding and resolve their queries.

ؠAdd clients to our platform and ensure their successful onboarding.

ؠCommunicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

ؠAddress client queries and concerns promptly.

ؠUnderstand social media platforms and influencer marketing.

ؠCollaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

ؠMaintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms for podcasting and video production.

ؠBe a bridge between customers and clients.

Requirements:

ؠ1-2 years of experience in outbound client/customer handling

ؠFluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada

ؠStrong verbal and written communication skills

ؠBasic understanding of social media marketing and influencers

ؠPassionate about providing exceptional customer service

ؠAbility to manage multiple tasks and work independently

ؠAny graduation degree

ؠDegree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Salary: 2 to 4 LPA (Based on experience and skills)
