Role Overview:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for connecting with new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring the right candidates are provided to meet clients hiring needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Acquire Clients:
- Find new clients through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Send targeted emails to attract potential clients.
- Manage Client Relationships:
- Maintain good relationships with clients and follow up on feedback about candidates.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements clearly.
- Qualify Candidates for Clients:
- Ensure candidates meet clients requirements before setting up interviews.
- Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and share candidate profiles.
- Oversee job postings and help with candidate follow-up after interviews.
- Additional Tasks:
- Boost engagement on Wizaltia's LinkedIn page by sharing impactful content.
- Work with designers to create engaging LinkedIn posts.
- Qualifications Needed:
- Education: MBA preferred but not necessary if you have relevant experience.
- Skills: Good communication, organized, familiar with LinkedIn, ATS, and email marketing.
