This role requires working on the US EST shift to effectively manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Handling: Identify and acquire new clients through various channels. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships. Conduct meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Request for Proposal (RFP) & Request for Quotation (RFQ): Manage the RFP and RFQ processes from initiation to submission. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely delivery of proposals. Onboarding & Documentation: Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to client engagements. Client Empanelment & Follow-Up: Facilitate the empanelment of clients, ensuring compliance with company policies. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Legal Litigations: Handle any legal issues related to client contracts and agreements. Coordinate with the legal team to resolve disputes and ensure compliance with legal requirements. E-Verification & Certification: Manage the e-verification process for clients. Obtain and renew certifications as required by clients, ensuring all necessary criteria are met. Form Filling & Website Management: Assist clients with form filling and documentation submission through the company website. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all online forms and submissions. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in the US Staffing. Strong knowledge of RFP, RFQ processes, and documentation standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Familiarity with legal documentation and processes related to client contracts and agreements. Experience with client onboarding, e-verification, and certification processes. Proficient in using online platforms for form filling and documentation management. Ability to work in the US EST shift. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
