JOB DESCRIPTION - Build and maintaining profitable relationships with customers.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.- Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Handhold the customer once sales is booked upto sales transaction is closed
- Payment follow ups and reminders
Coordinate with all teams and facilitate customer with good experience on his sales transaction- Maintain Customer database and upbreast the customer with company updates
Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met.
- Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service.
Always ask them for true feedback.- Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment.
Give or support the participants/clients about company products or services.
- Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.
- Key skills for Client Relationship Management :

- Ability of rigorous followup.
The ability to communicate confidently both through speaking and writing with colleagues and clients.- Ability to understand the circumstances and act accordingly.
