Job Description


1. **Client Onboarding:**

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.

- Ensure clients are familiar with company services and processes.

2. **Relationship Building:**

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

3. **Client Support:**

- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients.

4. **Account Management:**

- Oversee client accounts to ensure services are being delivered effectively.

- Monitor client satisfaction and take steps to improve service delivery.

5. **Cross-Selling and Up-Selling:**

- Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products to clients.

- Promote new solutions that could benefit the client.

6. **Feedback and Improvement:**

- Gather client feedback and use it to improve products and services.

- Work with internal teams to implement changes based on client suggestions.

7. **Reporting and Analysis:**

- Maintain records of client interactions and transactions.

- Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

8. **Strategic Planning:**

- Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

- Align client relationship management strategies with overall business goals.

9. **Collaboration:**

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align efforts.

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments.

10. **Conflict Resolution:**

- Mediate and resolve conflicts between clients and the company.

- Ensure that solutions are fair and satisfactory for both parties.

11. **Training and Development:**

- Train and mentor junior relationship managers or support staff.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

12. **Documentation:**

- Keep detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

- Ensure all client information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.

13. **Compliance:**

- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.

- Maintain confidentiality and protect client information.
