Job Description:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs and objectives.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, assess, and onboard suitable candidates for client projects.

Monitor the performance of placed candidates and address any issues proactively.

Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the market.

Develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition and market expansion.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

Lead negotiations with clients on contracts, pricing, and terms.

Resolve escalated client issues and complaints regarding resources
