Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager at House of Quadri in Mumbai. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Relationship Management, and Communication skills
• Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution abilities with internal teams
• Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
• Prefeably Sales or Marketing experience
• Knowledge of diamond Jewelry
• Detailed understanding of product and pricing
