Role Description
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) plays a critical role in managing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients for the web development team. This role ensures client satisfaction by acting as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal team. The CRM will understand client needs, coordinate project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality web solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and efficient support
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and face-to-face meetings
- Understand clients business needs and ensure that the company's products/services meet their objectives
- Work with internal teams to ensure the client's expectations are met.
- Ensure that client deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Collect and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement in the company's products/services.
