Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Delhi, India. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will also be responsible for promoting Aimlay's educational services, maintaining client records, and providing support to clients throughout their educational journey.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills (B2B)
• Knowledge of educational services and courses
• Experience in client management or customer support
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Sales and collection experience
