Job Description

  • The Client Relationship/KAM (Key Account Manager) will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients
  • They will understand client needs, provide support, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
  • They will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • U nderstand client needs and objectives, and align solutions accordingly.
  • P rovide exceptional customer support and timely resolution of client issues.
  • C onduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • I dentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.
  • C ollaborate with internal teams to deliver on client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • M aintain accurate client records and prepare reports on client performance and satisfaction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in client relationship management or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to understand and address client needs.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing industry and services.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
