- As Client relationship executive at VNET, your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and establish relationships with potential clients and generate revenue opportunities.
- You are the first point of contact with a customer, and therefore you play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
- You must be comfortable talking to people, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving targets through the sales.
- Effectively manage the sales and Onboarding of customers.
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up.
- Research potential accounts, identify key people/ decision-makers, engage them, and attract interest in VNET Offerings.
- Understand your customers needs with their problems.
- Maintain and expand your database of customers.
- Develop strong client relations and maintaining corporate relations.
- Close sales deals and achieve your monthly targets.
- Work with other teams to improve the product and business processes.
- Effectively run a content search to generate leads.
- Plan and prepare daily outreach to add avenues and generate demand.
- Carefully document what you learn about each suspect so that you can efficiently engage them in future lead nurturing efforts.
