Job Overview: As a Night Shift Client Relationship at LanceSoft, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing client relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, addressing client needs, and resolving issues promptly. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the night shift, ensuring timely and effective communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns and issues efficiently. Provide solutions that align with company policies and client requirements.
- Service Delivery: Monitor and manage the staffing services provided to clients. Ensure that all staffing solutions meet the agreed-upon standards and deadlines.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on client interactions, service performance, and any issues encountered during the night shift. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruiters and operations staff, to ensure a seamless client experience. Coordinate efforts to address client needs and optimize service delivery.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback and share it with relevant teams to drive improvements in service quality and client satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in a staffing or recruiting environment or BPO experience. Experience working a night shift is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client service.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with staffing and recruitment processes, client management best practices, and industry trends.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Education: Bachelors degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
