Client Relationship Executive Client Relationship Executive Key Responsibilities
Pre -sales activities.
Generating leads from Online, Social media, various database etc.
Co -ordinate between Sales Team & Clients for business development.
Responsible for continuous follow -ups with clients until prospects are converted into buyers.
Responding to queries, questions from various leads / potential clients from various channels as well as references.
Interact with clients to know their property requirements, suggest suitability, Follow up for Site Visits, Guide clients for Site visit purpose, know their whereabouts.
Co -ordinate with Sales Team for executing Site Visits and ensure client is followed up until closure.
Post various advertisement on various online platform such as portals, social media, WhatsApp marketing etc.
Performance analysis of advertisements posted various portals and suggesting on which portal / site to post advertisement. Desired Skills & Experience
Deep insight of Real estate sector.
3 -5 years experience in lead generation and client relationship and online marketing in Realty industry.
Good convincing skills for sales /meetings.
Internet savvy.
Deep knowledge of Social media, Online marketing, Online data mining (searching information).
Multi -tasking.
Eye for details Qualifications and Attributes
Graduate / PG
Smart in communication as well as presenting, go getter with passion to perform. Self -initiated and dedicated to achieve given responsibilities.
