ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and needs.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products or services.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
