Client Relationship Executive NRI Services
As a Client Relationship Executive specializing in NRI Services, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our NRI clients. You will offer them a range of services related to investment, insurance, tax, and estate planning to meet their financial goals and needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients through regular communication and personalized service.- Understand clients financial objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs, including investment advice, insurance recommendations, and estate planning strategies.
Educate clients about various financial products and services offered by the company.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services and address client requirements effectively.- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
Proven track record of success in client relationship management and sales within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of investment products, insurance policies, and estate planning concepts.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other technology tools to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and professionalism.
Knowledge of NRI-specific financial regulations and taxation laws (preferred but not required).
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing role in the financial services sector.
- Salary Range: INR 25,000 to 30,000 per month + Incentives
- Education: Commerce background is a must.
- Working Hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
