- Experience: 1-8 Years (Only Female Candidate)
- Location: Sector 2, Noida, UP
- Salary & Perks: 250000 - 400000 (Per Annum) + Incentives
- Timing - 11:00 - 8 P.M. (Mon - Fri)
11:00 - 4 P.M. (SAT)
- Roles and Responsibility:
- Onsite Maintain high standards of customer services so that customers expectations are consistently exceeded.
Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence.- Collect and communicate customer feedback obtained from customers in a timely and efficient manner
Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements.
- Harnessing internal relationships to better address clients needs and to maximize our profits.
Maintain and update the database with information regarding the existing Price of the Product- Responsible for daily administration Prepare MIS and reports on a daily basis.
