Minimum 1 year of work experience in telemarketing or any relevant client-facing roles within the financial services industry.- Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.
An ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and processes.
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting skills would be preferred.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.- A hunter & entrepreneur mindset with the ability to grow business sales;
Strong experience in managing & leading a team effectively to achieve target performance (KPI);
- Proven ability to develop and implement a strategic business expansion plan.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.- Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes
