We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing top-notch customer service.
The candidate must be proficient in English and have prior experience in dealing with customers, handling feedback, and managing High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) clientele. The candidate should have a sound knowledge of the hospitality sector and the luxury industry. The candidate must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all client deliverables meet the firm's standards and are delivered on time.
- Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional manner and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure that all deliverables reflect the brand's image and service standards.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the hospitality sector and the luxury industry to effectively communicate with clients and provide top-notch services.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and propose additional services/products to clients and manage the daily tasks so as to achieve the targets for every task assigned.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in dealing with customers and managing HNWI clientele.
- A good understanding of the hospitality sector and the luxury industry.
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English.
- Quick problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
