  • Key Responsibilities:

As a full-time Relationship Executive for SAAS or Marketing Agency, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential customers, promoting products, addressing customer concerns, negotiating deals, and maintaining accurate records. This is an on-site role located in Noida Sector -
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
Understand client needs and provide innovative solutions within the industries.
  • Goods and Social Media Marketing space.
Fluent in English
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute successful marketing campaigns and projects.
Monitor client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
  • Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of Digital Marketing Agency / Software Industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience in the software IT sales or Digital Marketing industry is a plus
