Enthusiastic client relationship executive adept at developing and executing implementation plans and creating solid relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with NRI clients to understand and address their investment, insurance, and tax compliance needs in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the head office to facilitate seamless exchange of documents pertaining to services for NRI clients.
- Maintain accurate records of follow-up communications with both existing NRI clients and potential NRI clients.
- Collaborate closely with management and reporting officers to ensure alignment with NRI-focused business tasks.
- Travel to outstation locations as necessary for client meetings and to the head office for NRI-related coordination.
- Provide support for management activities and actively contribute to the development and execution of NRI-specific business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above in commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields with at least 1-year working experience in corporate environment is preferred.
- Decent communication skills.
