Dedicated client relationship executive who is proficient at establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain good client relationships by being proactive in your communication with them and prompt in responding to their investment, insurance, and tax compliance needs.
- Coordinating with the head office to provide a seamless exchange of documents regarding the services that the client has confirmed.
- Maintaining accurate follow-up records for the ongoing conversations with clients and potential clients.
- working under the guidance of management and the reporting officer, coordinating with them on regular business tasks.
- Travelling to outstation location for client coordination and head office on need basis.
- Supporting management activities and working in accordance with business development responsibilities and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields With at least 1-year working experience in corporate environment is preferred.
- Decent English communication skills and interpersonal skills.
