We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Coordinator. This role primarily involves managing outgoing operations and fostering positive relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote service and generate leads.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for timely and efficient delivery of client s requirements.
- Maintain inventory of mailing supplies and follow-ups, and replenish as needed.
- Handle client inquiries and requests related to outgoing mail, providing timely and courteous responses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communication for future reference.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in service operations.
