Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Associate-Inside sales at Aimlay's Rohini location. The role involves managing business relationships, client relations, analyzing data, effective communication, and building strong relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collection from existing clients
• Retention
• Up-sell, Cross-sell experience
• Proficient in English and Hindi language
• B2C client handling
• Interact with existing customers and make follow-up calls
• Timely payment & collections from the customers
• Interaction with customers via Emails & over the phone.
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
• Process payments and refunds
• Update account status records and collection efforts
• Updating the existing customers on ongoing projects.
• Report on collection activity
• Coordinating with Sales Team & Accounts Team regularly with regards to payment and work status.
